What is the opportunity within UKFast’s Windows Support team?
As part of a highly skilled and collaborative team, you will gain exposure to a huge variety of technologies and customers, including some of the most exciting businesses on the Internet. With your intuitive troubleshooting and monitoring skills, you’ll take ownership of customer issues from first to third line escalation points, right through to resolution.
You should be a person with impeccable attention to detail and a truly passionate engineer at heart. Your standards are high, and you have a positive, pro-active approach to problem-solving. Our UKFast Education Centre will provide all the resources you need to attain the professional certifications of your choice. We also operate a “Hot-Desk” policy, which means you will spend a certain number of days shadowing and being mentored by our senior engineers.
