UKFast is looking for an Azure Technical Engineer to play a vital part in our Public Cloud journey.
Reporting to the Enterprise Windows Team Leader, you will act as a bridge between our Azure cloud team and Enterprise Windows Support team. In light of our evolving Azure offering and customer demand soaring, we have created a new role to ensure we continue providing the highest standard of customer support which UKFast is renowned for.
Our immediate need is to develop our Enterprise Support teams in Public Cloud technologies therefore you will act as an escalation point for all support queries relating to Azure. Working closely with our Technical Lead and Azure team, you will contribute to the experimentation and adoption of new technologies, tools, and processes to strengthen our public cloud support.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is developing their craft in Azure technologies and is passionate about providing an impeccable level of service to customers which are undergoing large-scale tech transformations.
