eCloud Flex Network Controller maintenance

To improve our eCloud Flex environment we are upgrading the hardware on our Network Controllers to add additional capacity within our eCloud Flex platform.

This will affect connectivity for any virtual infrastructure using SNAT routing (LBaaS, instances without floating IP addresses) for a brief period of time during the scheduled window as services are migrated between hosts.

If you have any persisting problems please report them to Technical Support via your usual methods/ via MyUKFast.
