UKFast Business Continuity - COVID-19

In response to the fast-developing Coronavirus situation, UKFast is advising customers on the robust business continuity measures it has in place that mean services are in no way affected.

As a technology infrastructure provider with more than two decades of experience, UKFast has adapted quickly to changing circumstances and continues to do so. UKFast is ISO 22301 Business Continuity accredited and as such its response plans are robust and regularly tested.

All client-facing teams are able to operate remotely with no impact on service levels. These teams include all of Technical Support (including Windows, Linux, Networks, Infrastructure, Launch and Backups), Account Management, Sales, Service Management and Accounts.

The firm's data centres will remain staffed and fully operational. The nature of the work carried out within the data centre requires employees to remain on site and UKFast has coordinated separate teams with built in redundancy to ensure continuity of service.

For customers looking for support with remote working in this difficult time, UKFast's FastDesk service enables teams to access their desktops and applications securely from any location. The firm also provides Office 365 to help businesses communicate and access Windows applications from home.
