Everything Everywhere has appointed a marketing director for its broadband division to drive customer acquisition and develop customer retention programmes.
Former Talk Talk and Vodafone marketer Sylvain Thevenot will join the telecoms firm, which owns T-Mobile and Orange, in 2011.
Thevenot will be tasked with developing Everything Everywhere's home broadband proposition and driving customer growth.
He will also develop new customer loyalty programmes to retain existing customers.
He will report directly to Bruno Duarte, vice president of home for Everything Everywhere.
