According to a new study, smartphones used at night can result in workers feeling hung-over the following morning.
The study discovered that people who monitored their smartphones after 9pm were tired and less engaged the following day.
Russell Johnson, MSU Assistant Professor of Management said: ""Smartphones are almost perfectly designed to disrupt sleep.
"Because they keep us mentally engaged late into the evening, they make it hard to detach from work so we can relax and fall asleep."
