The firm Samsung have pulled their latest update after a great deal of complaints made by those who have downloaded the software.
The download first became available about a fortnight ago, however the software 4.3, also known as the Jelly Bean has now been suspended.
Users began complaining about numerous problems with the software, which included faster than normal battery drain, apps refusing to work and alarms refusing to trigger.
The firm have said they are now investigating the matter, however users have complained, via the Samsung Facebook page, that the firm had taken too long to act.
In a statement, Samsung said: "We are committed to providing customers with the best possible mobile experience, and will ensure to resume the upgrading service at the earliest possibility."
