Here’s a nice little earner for some of the least developed regions in Europe – and we’re not talking about Shepherd’s Bush. The European Commission has set up a €4.5 million project called e-Minder to bridge the gap between the most and least developed European regions in the use of e-commerce.
The project aims to raise awareness of the Internet among small businesses and within the education sector. There will be three centres to support the project – these will be based in Cyprus, Galicia (Spain) and Pomerania (Poland).
