DiscountASP.NET adopts SmarterStats
Provides an in-depth understanding of keywords and visitor navigation trends with on-demand website statistics.
DiscountASP.NET, a provider of ASP.NET hosting, announced the availability of SmarterStats Web Log Analytics reporting for all DiscountASP.NET customers.
The company states that SmarterStats provides an in-depth understanding of keywords and visitor navigation trends with on-demand website statistics, custom reports, data mining, geographic mapping, and much more.
"With software giants such as Microsoft and Google acquiring DeepMetrix and Urchin, we needed an analytics solution that would fulfill our needs, without exposing our customer's data to third parties," said Takeshi Eto, Vice President of Marketing at DiscountASP.NET.
"The robust features of SmarterStats coupled with our positive experience with the SmarterMail Windows mail server convinced us that SmarterStats is the best solution for DiscountASP."
The company explains that SmarterStats is the perfect application for hosting companies and Webmasters that want to cost-effectively deliver relevant, accurate, and detailed statistics to their customers.
It provides customers with the ability to measure their website performance and marketing results without requiring them to spend time and money putting scripts and code in their sites like some competing solutions (e.g., Google Analytics).
SmarterStats also has several installation configurations which measure statistics across multiple Windows and Linux servers on local or remote networks, all from one central SmarterStats server.
"DiscountASP.NET has a sterling reputation in the ASP.NET development community as a high quality and feature-rich hosting environment for hosted applications and Web sites," said Jeff Hardy, Vice President of Business Operations for SmarterTools.
"The addition of SmarterStats to the DiscountASP.NET lineup will help them bring an extra level of service and functionality to their loyal customers."
