Hosted application and provisioning solutions provider Abridean has announced that Outlook Today has deployed Abridean's ProvisorSP to manage its hosted messaging and collaboration services.
Announced Wednesday, OutlookToday.com, a Microsoft gold certified partner and subsidiary of ThrottleNet (throttlenet.com), is the latest service provider to automate user account provisioning with ProvisorSP for applications such as SharePoint Services, BlackBerry Enterprise Server, and Microsoft Exchange 2003 and 2007.
"ProvisorSP is an ideal fit for OutlookToday.com's extended offering of shared Hosted Exchange," Abridean vice president of service provisioning solutions Peter Bidgood said in a statement.
ProvisorSP ensures quick and safe provisioning of new accounts, taking advantage of Microsoft's integrated solutions for messaging, collaboration, and sales processes for service providers worldwide.
"Abridean's ProvisorSP is an easy to implement system that allows us to quickly define packaged offerings, allocate resources appropriately and control default settings while automatically partitioning customers' organisations on shared data centre resources" Outlook Today CEO John Harness said in a statement.
"Abridean's proven product and installation experience enabled us to migrate existing customers to a self-service portal easily and efficiently."
Last year, USA.net deployed Abridean's Provisor for its BlackBerry Enterprise Server solution to manage thousands of USA.NET Hosted BlackBerry users.
