Internet security solutions firm Comodo has introduced a combination of new product additions and updates to the Comodo Partner Program, allowing resellers to integrate digital certificates and security solutions with a variety of price points and branding options into their businesses.
Announced Wednesday, encryption, verification and security application developer Comodo hopes the expansion of services will help partners optimize margin opportunities and increase revenue per customer.
Following a 37 percent reseller channel growth in past 18 months, Comodo intends to lead the industry "in Providing Resellers And Web Hosts With Increased Margin And Revenue Potential," according to an official statement.
"Partners have always been at the core of Comodo's business model, and that will never change," said Comodo Vice President of Business Development James Langman.
"We are excited to introduce new partners to our program because the Comodo Reseller Program is becoming well recognised for its ability to drive opportunity and profitability for our partners, while delivering incredible value and choice for customers."
Specific product enhancements include a wide portfolio of SSL certificate and authentication solutions including access to Unified Communications Certificates, eMail certificates, EV SSL certificates (plus the entire line of SSL certificates), Code signing certificates, HackerProof for improved eCommerce conversion of traffic on retail websites, Client certificates and two factor authentication solutions.
Comodo has also introduced a new information portal so that partners can access the latest information on products and business approaches.
The WHIR reported Comodo's launch of the UserTrust Program as an addition to the company's suite of solutions earlier this year. UserTrust is a feedback and rating platform for online merchants and customers similar to RatePoint.
