Web.com approves merger

Website and Internet services company, Web.com, Inc., and e-commerce firm, Website Pros, Inc.’s shareholders, have approved the adoption of the merger agreement between the companies. Website Pros stockholders have also approved the issuance of Website Pros common stock to Web.com shareholders, in the transaction.
