Murphx acquires Innzone for £5Million
Murphx, a UK based wholesale connectivity carrier that supplies several virtual ISP's, has announced the acquisition of the Innzone Wholesale Connectivity division in a deal worth £5million to murphx over the next 3 years:
Innzone, a virtual network operator have been a large channel focused partner of murphx since 2003. The purchase of Innzone is a demonstration of murphx’s commitment to growth both organically and through acquisition following the £6million deal with Cable&Wireless to acquire 102 wholesale broadband partners in August 2007.
