Web hosting provider Vistapages announced on Wednesday it is now a member of the Hacker Safe network. The Hacker Safe seal shows Vistapages' commitment to its customers' security, ensuring its customers that its website has no vulnerabilities, says the company.
"Vistapages has always seen security at the forefront of its service offering," says Kaumil Patel, president of Vistapages. "Being on the Hacker Safe network only solidifies the fact that Vistapages is serious about security."
Hacker Safe technology protects over 250,000 websites, of which over 80,000 display the recognizable trustmark. It is used by the majority of the Internet Retailer Top 500 list and is the only trustmark displayed within the search results of major comparison shopping sites, says the company.
ScanAlert offers PCI compliance services and delivers multilingual PCI validation to merchants and payment processors in over 70 countries. ScanAlert helps protect, audit and certify the security of organizations networks and e-commerce infrastructure, says the company.
Vistapages announced earlier this week it officially launched private hosting as a part of its service offering.
