Reseller hosting provider, Gazzin.com, has upgraded its customer support department, by increasing its size, as the growth of new customer accounts continues. The support department now includes several new certified support and online chat representatives, to assist with faster response times than previously available.
The reseller firm hosts over 37,000 domain names, with a 30 minute or less response time on all tickets, and guarantees 99.9 percent server uptime. Deepak Kandhare, Chief Technical Officer at Gazzin.com offered, ”After five years in business, we understand our customers and exactly the kind of service level they expect and ultimately deserve. We have and will continue to make the necessary corporate improvements to ensure we meet the critical standards we have set for ourselves.”
Gazzin.com has also recently completed the implementation of the HELM hosting management system for its Windows hosting customers. It has hired additional MCSE certified Windows support representatives to manage the growing demand for the product.
