DemoWolf offers free DemoSuite
Web hosting tutorial provider DemoWolf announced on Tuesday it is offering the DemoSuite application for free to any web hosting provider who requests a license.
Companies no longer have to be a DemoWolf customer to incorporate the support tool and offer it for free to their customers.
Web hosts can use the DemoSuite application to create a custom-branded "DemoSuite Flash Player", which can then be downloaded by their customers and used to view the web host's support tutorials directly from the customer's desktop.
DemoSuite can be used to play any flash-based SWF file, whether they are demos produced by DemoWolf, a demo produced by a competitor company, or any other flash-based SWF file.
"DemoSuite is a revolutionary product that web hosts can use to provide faster support to their customers, and help differentiate themselves from their competition," says Rob Moore, founder of DemoWolf.
"Not only is DemoSuite a great support tool, but it is also great at promoting the host's brand, as it puts their logo on the desktops of all customers who download it."
Web hosts can use DemoSuite to change 11 different settings before exporting the Flash Player, including custom skins, colors, uploading their logo and giving the Flash Player its own name.
They can also customize their tutorial movie lists and categories by creating an unlimited number of tutorials for their customers, as well as add their own custom links in the Flash Player.
DemoWolf, which provides custom tutorials, voice tutorials and interactive demonstrations, has over 1800 ready-made custom branded tutorials for the web hosting industry. Its protfolio of tutorials includes cPanel, Plesk, Helm, H-Sphere, Virtuozzo and domain registrars.
The company is currently producing new demos for DotNetPanel, RVskin, RoundCube, MyLittleAdmin and Plesk 8.x for Windows.
DemoWolf will also be exhibiting at HostingCon 2008 later this month at Chicago's Navy Pier.
Last month, DemoWolf partnered with full-service production company and competitor VoiceWalk to complete their suite of custom demo services for clients.
