Data centre services and colocation provider FORTRUST announced on Wednesday it has launched its new website for its Denver data centre.
Though the press release cites "improved navigation" as one of the improvements for the new website, the real draw here is its ability to give visitors a visually detailed look at the Denver data center' interior and the extensive range of colocation and managed services it offers.
"Our new website design and content reflects FORTRUST's commitment to providing a superior data centre experience for our customers," says FORTRUST CEO Steve Knudson.
"Visitors to FortrustDataCenter.com are presented with visuals that showcase our attention to detail as well as easy-to-navigate charts that allow companies to assess our colocation and managed services offerings."
Produced by website design firm Interactive Division, the new site reflects FORTRUST's marketplace position and coincides with the data center's consultative and educational approach to helping companies in building data management solutions that meet customers' needs.
The "Colocation Space" pages enable users to browse through various space offerings including cabinets, private suites/cages and private vaults/rooms to decided what solution best fits their company's needs. The high-resolution photos are also accompanied by full specs.
The new website also features a thorough virtual tour of the data centre that helps highlight the data centre's high operating standards and attention to detail.
The various photos of the colocation areas illustrate how connectivity and electrical wiring are managed as to not impede airflow. Later in the tour, visitors learn more about FORTRUST's preventative and predictive maintenance plan that underlie the data center's strict operating procedures.
FORTRUST's recommendations and analysis of attention to is also detailed in the data centre's White Paper entitled "Evaluating Data Center High-Availability Service Delivery," which is available on the website.
The company's white paper releases and announcements are all available on the website, and visitors can also be alerted through FORTRUST's RSS feeds. Meanwhile, the data center evaluation Workbook provides companies with a complete checklist that helps to better assess a data center's operations.
FORTRUST says it provides high-availability data center services, including adaptable colocation space for any-size enterprise supported by optimal power infrastructure, connectivity and physical security, as well as managed services.
The Denver data center has recently undergone a significant restructuring process following the appointment of Beth Prochazka to financial controller in March.
In May, FORTRUST begin offering managed services, enabling customers to outsource the management, monitoring and maintenance of their applications and information systems to the company.
