UK ISP Eclipse Internet (KCOM) has launched an ‘Expert Advice’ service on its website that allows businesses to seek guidance on the best broadband and hosting services for their needs.
With a click of the mouse, visitors to the site who want to know more about a particular product or service can start a ‘live chat’ with a member of Eclipse’s sales team:

In addition to asking questions via live chat, the Expert Advice service also lets website visitors send an email or request a phone call from a member of Eclipse’s customer service team.
