The company said that the new e-mail functionality allows it's members to further harness the RatePoint platform in building successful customer relationships and grow their business.
The company avers that the e-mail marketing feature offers pre-designed campaign templates and visual editing tools for easy customization. Additionally, users can access advanced reporting information from each e-mail campaign, including the ability to track links and open rates.
These analytics tools allow RatePoint members to easily measure the reach and impact of e-mail marketing campaigns. A major component of the e-mail marketing tool is direct integration within RatePoint's leading customer feedback platform. Businesses can easily include customer feedback links and authenticated RatePoint reviews into e-mail campaigns.
