Cobweb to use Dynamics CRM with Parallels Automation

Parallels, a provider virtualisation and automation software, today announced that Cobweb, a provider of hosting services, will be the first service provider to use their Automation with hosted Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, a fully integrated customer relationship management system.

The company states that Cobweb has purchased the Automation solution to automate the delivery of several new hosting offerings and service bundles.

The company explained that its Automation for Dynamics CRM allows service providers to go-to-market quickly by providing a complete back-office infrastructure for online ordering, service plan management, billing and payments, and more.

IT also adds that using a single login, service providers can deliver integrated offerings that include multiple services such as hosted Microsoft Exchange, hosted Windows SharePoint Services and hosted Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

"We are pleased that Cobweb is using the full potential of our Parallels Automation solution to powerfully provision and manage a collection of hosting services as a single, centralized system," said Serguei Beloussov, CEO of Parallels.
