SpiralHosting.com, a hosting solutions provider, late last week announced that it has re-launched its Customer Support Centre as part of the company's on-going re-development.
The company claims that the new customer support centre aims to deal with technical, billing and sales enquiries better and faster.
For technical problems, the company provides flash video demonstrations to help guide customers through the most popular aspects of web hosting. The helpdesk also contains troubleshooting tips for customers to solve their problems quicker, and customers can also view how many support tickets are open at present from all customers, allowing them to know how busy the support department is.
Company spokesperson, Peter Armstrong explained, "Spiral Hosting are working tirelessly to develop new and improved services for customers.
