ManageMyBox Upgrades Customer Service, the managed dedicated server division of ManageMyServices Group, an Internet solutions provider, yesterday announced that it has recently completed an overhaul in its operations and service procedures resulting in significant improvements in its service to customers. From this audit comes a number of improvements in the day-to-day operations of ManageMyBox including a new billing system and procedures, new ordering and product management capabilities, improved management services including a working server monitoring system, a new domains management system and finally the hiring of many new staff members to support the company's rapidly growing customer base.
