From this audit comes a number of improvements in the day-to-day operations of ManageMyBox including a new billing system and procedures, new ordering and product management capabilities, improved management services including a working server monitoring system, a new domains management system and finally the hiring of many new staff members to support the company's rapidly growing customer base.
