IBM has shown roughly 64 of its Virgin Media related Swansea call centre staff the door. The cull appears to include a number of management positions and it’s claimed that staff had been told not to speak of the action in public.

Virgin Media is currently in a state of flux after being forced to delay their plans for a private equity based sale due to unstable market conditions.
