A new online community has been launched today for young, environmentally-concerned people to have their say on green issues.
The new website was set up by the WWF and World Conservation Union (IUCN) and is aimed at people aged between 13 and 35.
It is designed to make it easy for mobile phone users to easily create short films, capture photos and submit comments.
Users can discuss environmental issues and share ideas about helping the Earth.
Each month people will be able to vote on a winner, who will be given a mobile phone, and the chosen users will be judged by a panel of prominent conservationists.
The overall winner will be given the chance to participate in the IUCN World Conservation Congress in Barcelona this October.
WWF International director general James Leape said: "Connect2earth is a truly global space for young people to connect, share, express their concerns and their hopes about the environment online - and win some prizes in the process.
"This new community allows them to tell the world why they care about the environment and why it should be protected."
