2021 is looking like a transformational year for our business following a large investment from the leading mid-market private equity firm Inflexion in 2020. UKFast is about to undergo a major change programme to enhance its existing proposition, build its Public/Hybrid Cloud offer, and refocus on targeting the most attractive customer segments. To support this change UKFast are currently looking to add a senior level Account Manager to the ever growing Account Management team and as such, we are searching for a highly driven individual who love building lasting relationships with clients and get excited about new challenges. We are looking for a commercially astute individual with a strong track record in IT Sales and somebody who loves to build and nurture lasting relationships with customers.

What’s the role all about?
As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation across your client base. Through effective engagement with C-level executives, leadership teams and technical teams, you will be establishing UKFast as the key partner when it comes to everything from cloud, managed services, to security and managed desktop environments.
You will build strong relationships with your clients in order to fully uncover and understand their business challenges and goals. You will enable your clients to reach a clear path to achieving these through optimisation of their tech stack; whether this is via a public, hybrid or fully managed cloud model.
Additionally, you will understand the power of technology and the potential it has to revolutionise the productivity and success of a business. Our clients will trust you to offer consultative advice and proposals on how they can remove their IT challenges.
As a Senior Account Manager at UKFast you will be tasked with supporting and growing some of our largest customers. Therefore we would expect you to have a solid understanding of the hosting and cloud industry, and a proven track record in sales.
