The Opportunity

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an administrator to play a central role in the implementation of Salesforce into our business, with full responsibility for the day-to-day enhancement of our Salesforce environment and related tooling.

Bringing a strong Salesforce technical skillset you will play a key role in defining our evolving requirements and customising the platform to ensure we maximise Salesforce capabilities within our business. You will help the team to fully understand how to make the platform work brilliantly for the unique needs of our business, acting as our trusted advisor on all things Salesforce and the vital bridge between business and technology.

You will be responsible for the configuration, enhancements, and maintenance of our internal Salesforce platform, leading on all business and technical Salesforce projects including process optimisation, custom elements, system integrations and third-party applications.

You will work closely with teammates across the business to realise the full capabilities of Salesforce, ensuring proper fit of integrated tools, providing insight and a creative approach to help identify opportunities for improvement. You will communicate effectively with all teams across the business to fully understand our requirements, guiding on strategy and solution design while managing expectations along the way.

What you will bring

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in Salesforce System Administration
  • Salesforce System Administrator certifications
  • Excellent project management skills and a demonstrated ability to make and meet realistic timelines
  • An analytical and critical mind with an ability to find and/or create solutions
  • Excellent ability to communicate with internal and external resources from all levels of the organisation
  • The ability to accurately predict the effectiveness and impact of proposed solutions
  • Strong data management skills

What you will do

  • Manage Salesforce CRM including support requests and escalated administrative needs of users by providing prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business support issues.
  • Provide hands-on configuration of new and existing Salesforce.com features including user management, roles/profiles, permission sets, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, formula fields, validations, workflows rules, email templates, process builder, flows, lightning pages, custom metadata types, custom settings, managed packages.
  • Focus on user efficiencies, solving business/customer issues, invent creative solutions and ensure data accuracy across the system.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and leaders to proactively identify, drive, and build improvements, enhancements, and system customisation that solve critical business needs.
  • Participate in change management process and drive communication efforts across relevant team members.
  • Evaluate complex business and technical requirements, communicating inherent risks and solutions to technical and non-technical teammates.
