Sales Executive

Basic Salary of £21,000-£24,000. OTE of £30,000 in your first year.

As technology continues to become even more prevalent in our day-to-day lives, UKFast continue to grow which means we currently have an outstanding career opportunity for highly motivated and capable individuals to join our outbound sales team and embark on a career in technology sales.

Upon joining us you will be welcomed into our supportive commercial team which is at the very core of our business. Here you will receive tailored product and sales training to enhance your telesales skills and ensure you have all the tools required to identify new opportunities and to introduce customers to the suite of UKFast products and services. Like us you will have a customer first approach and a natural ability to build trusting relationships with new prospects. You will have the intelligence and empathy needed to fully understand the customer requirements so you are able to introduce the best members of the Senior Sales and Technical teams to assist the customer and deliver the best solution to meet their business needs. Your day will be fast paced and extremely rewarding with a blend of hunting down new clients as well as nurturing existing relationships as you build your pipeline.

Don't worry if you are new to Technology Sales. You will expand your technical knowledge every single day as you spend time talking to Technical Directors and CTO's and if that sounds intimidating then it shouldn't, your team will be there to support you every step of the way and the whole team celebrate each others successes together..... usually over a few drinks on a Friday.

What you will do naturally

  • Make it a fun and rewarding experience for your team to work with you every day
  • Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news
  • Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets
  • Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics
  • Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations
  • Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business needs
