Partner Marketing Manager

We are one of the UK’s leading cloud,and secure managed hosting providers, supplying dedicated servers, private and public cloud hosting solutions, and a full range of technical, cybersecurity, and DevOps consulting services.    

We pride ourselves on the strength and depth of our partnerships from technology vendors (Citrix/VMware, HPE, DELL, Intel) to hyperscalers (Azure/AWS).  In many ways, our partners have been a critical part of our growth story and will continue to be so.     

Closer alignment to our partners strategic agendas allows us to create a virtuous circle of referrals, accreditations and recognition.  Working closely with our Strategic Partnerships Director, this role will be responsible for owning and executing to/with/through partner marketing activities, utilising MDF budgets (where applicable) and ensuring plans are aligned to our overall business and marketing strategy. 

What will I be doing

  • Ownership of our partner marketing plan (Hyperscalers Tech Partners) 

  • Ownership of MDF funding and executing on marketing campaigns to support this 

  • Relationship building with internal tech & external vendor partner managers/marketing teams 

  • Maximise partner engagement and be the point of contact for marketing portals & MDF, identifying new channels where appropriate  

  • Ownership & execution of the partner vendor marketing plans, working in-line with the marketing strategy & activity calendar to drive demand generation activity and revenue 

  • Development and delivery of marketing demand generation campaigns to meet channel driven goals and the marketing lead pipeline objectives.  Reporting ROI is essential 

  • Support our overall Partnership strategy e.g. marketing evidence, working with the wider team on case studies, landing pages to support partner certifications and accreditations  

Success in this role looks like

  • A full partner marketing plan driving lead generation 

  • Activity calendar working in conjunction with the vendor partners to generate leads and obtain MDF funding 

  • Gaining credibility and growing our presence within priority partners   

  • Execution of marketing campaigns working in conjunction with vendor partners incorporating new channels driving leads and maximising ROI 

  • Maximising UKFast’s share of available partner incentives 

What will I bring to the role

  • Experienced in developing integrated marketing plans with a channel model and understanding of planning process & claiming MDF 

  • The ability to ‘own’ and influence the planning process, being the subject matter expert, and driving the plan to completion 

  • Numerate with good analytical skills, using data to optimise the marketing plan in real time  

  • Experience in social and digital media including virtual events 

  • Positive, energetic attitude and initiative, with strong work ethic  

  • Proactive self-starter, solution finder to find and take on new projects that support team and partner marketing goals  

  • Ability to effectively set priorities, handle multiple projects and follow through on deadlines, a keen attention to detail and appetite for a fast-paced environment  

  • Good knowledge of CRM and lead management systems (preferred Salesforce & Pardot) and full ROI analysis reporting.
