To achieve this we are extremely passionate about the constant training and development of our people and as such we are currently looking for an In-House Teacher to join our In-House Training and Education team.

Based here at our State of the art training facility at the UKFast Campus, our team of teachers are responsible for inspiring the next generation of leaders in the Digital and Tech sector in Manchester. As a teacher here at UKFast you will work closely with our team of colleagues, apprentices and students in an incredibly rewarding environment where your mission is to ensure we all reach our full potential.

What will my responsibilities be?

  • Plan, organise, facilitate and deliver world-class training
  • Train, co-ordinate, and support our award winning Apprenticeship programme
  • Work closely with all teams across the business to ascertain and fulfil training needs
  • Collaborate with schools/colleges and universities across the UK to inspire the next generation 

What skills do I need to have?

  • BEd or PGCE with QTS - ideally but not exclusively in an ICT related subject
  • Classroom experience
  • Strong organisation and assessment skills
  • Boundless energy and enthusiasm
  • Passion for technology and people
  • Love for lifelong learning and development 

What is desirable?

  • PhD or MSc
  • Degree in an IT related subject
  • Experience planning curriculum and timetabling
  • Computing or programming experience 
  • Good understanding of internet technologies 
  • Windows, Cisco, Linux or VMWare qualifications 

What’s the earning potential?

  • We offer a salary of £25-40k depending on experience
