2021 is looking like a transformational year for our business following a large investment from the leading mid-market private equity firm Inflexion in 2020. UKFast is about to undergo a major change programme to enhance its existing proposition, build its Public/Hybrid Cloud offer, and refocus on targeting the most attractive customer segments. To support this change UKFast are currently looking to add an Enterprise level Account Manager to the ever growing Account Management team and as such, we are searching for a highly driven individual who love building lasting relationships with clients and get excited about new challenges. We are looking for a commercially astute individual with a strong track record in IT Sales and somebody who loves to build and nurture lasting relationships with customers.

What’s the role all about?

As an Enterprise Account Manager at UKFast you will be tasked with supporting and growing some of our biggest customers. A good understanding of the hosting and cloud industry and a background in IT sales will serve you well as you offer sound advice and a consultative approach to your customers in order to help grow and develop their solutions.

What will my responsibilities be?

  • Maintaining and developing strong relationships with UKFast customers and clients
  • Offering consultative and technical advice in order to upsell relevant UKFast products and services
  • Negotiating contract upgrades and renewals
  • Working to exceed monthly revenue targets and KPIs
  • Arranging face to face and video meetings to build on existing relationships.

What skills do I need to have?

  • IT Sales, Cloud or Hosting background.
  • Commercially minded
  • Goal oriented and driven
  • Abilty to create strong relationships with senior leaders and c suite
  • Capable negotiator and ability to create and manage pipeline effectively
  • Able to prioritise, multi-task and work on your own initiative
  • Looking for the opportunity to develop and step up to bigger and greater challenges
