Manoc 1 Power Outage 27/08/2010

We are currently performing a further investigation into a power bar that had affected a single Rack within the Manoc 1 datacentre.

Full power has been returned and all services affected have returned to a full working state. In the unlikely event you are still experiencing any technical difficulties with your solution.

In the unlikely event of a problem, here are instructions for creating and submitting a ticket via our Priority Support system. This will enable us to address your query as efficiently and effectively as possible.

  • Click on the support link on your control panel - your personal details will be completed already.
  • Got to the Support tab
  • Go to PSS
  • Choose the type of service you are submitting the query about e.g. domain/server/database or general query
  • Select the domain name, or server IP your ticket is about
  • Choose the level of request / notification
  • Describe details of your request / notification
  • Submit the ticket - it will be handled by a Technical advisor
  • When telephoning technical support, please quote your ticket reference number, so the team member can bring up your details and give you an accurate order status.
