In the unlikely event of a problem the most effective way to us is to submit a Priority Support ticket:

  • Simply log into your MyUKFast control panel and click on the Dynamic Support tab
  • Click on the Priority Support button
  • Click on the Submit a Ticket button
  • Provide full details of your problem, the service it relates to and priority level
  • Then simply click to raise the ticket and note the ticket reference number

When telephoning technical support, please quote your ticket reference number so the team member can bring up your details and give you an accurate update.
