The Naked Scientists

UKFast is delighted to sponsor one of the world's most popular science podcasts, the Naked Scientists. This is a group of physicians and researchers who use radio, live lectures, and the Internet to promote science to the general public.

Caudwell Xtreme Everest Challenge 2007

Richard Turner is one of 200 volunteers who was medically monitored while climbing to Everest Base Camp. When Richard approached UKFast in April 2007 and asked if we would support his adventure we were only too happy to offer some funding.

Big4Challenge 2007 for Alzheimer's Research

Dan Innes takes on two triathlons and two 'Etape' cycling races - all within a matter of weeks, giving himself a challenging summer in order to raise money for the UK's leading charity for research into Alzheimer's disease and related dementias.

UKFast sponsor ISPA (the Internet Services Providers' Association), the UK's Trade Association for providers of Internet services. UKFast is committed to developing the Internet in the UK to the highest standards and our sponsorship helps to achieve this.

Community Sponsor of Hale Barns Cricket Club

UKFast's Community Sponsorship of Hale Barns Cricket Club aims to improve the quality of people's lives in local communities. The sponsorship deal means that every senior player is entitled to a 2007 white cricket shirt with club crest. As well as promoting the need for individuals to live healthy, balanced and active lives, sponsorship of Hale Barns Cricket Club also supports and improves sporting skills.

Stockfest 2008

UKFast is proud to say that it has become a major sponsor of Stockfest 2008. Stockfest, which will be held at Stockport County's Timperley training ground on Sunday 18th May, is a football competition between fans of professional British clubs. The fantastic event is held to raise money for the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
