- Q. How do I setup email forwarding?
We provide you with an email control panel for each domain which allows you to create 10 (as standard) pop accounts, aliases and forwards.
- Select 'Domains' from the navigation to the left hand side.
- Select 'Host A Domain' from the navigation to the left hand side.
- Choose the domain name you would like to host from the available drop down menu.
- If this domain already has web space or forwarding set up for it then you can leave these options as they are, otherwise you will need to select the hosting options you require.
- Select 'Yes' for setting up email.
- Click 'Next'.
- If you want to alter any of your hosting options then you can do that now.
- Click 'Host Domain'.
- You will be asked to confirm that you want to host this domain, select 'OK' to continue otherwise select 'Cancel' to cancel your request.
- You will then receive an email confirming your login details within 1 working day.
- Q. What are my FTP details?
Please note, the below is only applicable for clients using shared hosting.
1. Select the "Services" tab
2. Click on the domain name you have set up hosting for
3. Click on the "FTP" tab.
You can now view and update your FTP details.
- Q. What are the current ukfast mail settings?
UKFAST's current mail settings are as follows:
incoming pop3: pop3.zippymail.co.uk
outgoing smtp: smtp.zippymail.co.uk
We currently support both POP3 (port 110) and IMAP (port 143) for downloading email.
