UKFast Has Record Third Quarter

With last year's accounts (year ending December 31st 2002) showing a 45% increased turnover on the previous year, the pressure is on this year to demonstrate that this is no flash in the pan.

The first six months have been very steady. Our main focus within the organisation is on a new online client area, which makes ordering and communicating a great deal easier. Unlike other control panels, it links directly with a billing engine which sends hard copies of invoices out on a daily basis. The system allows us to keep track of any aging debtors and is already resulting in improved cash flow.

The real news though is the massive surge of new business in what is traditionally the quietest quarter of the year (ending September 30th 2003). We expanded our New Business Team, recruited an experienced manager and invested heavily in staff training.

George Frewer, sales manager for the New Business team says: "We owe a great deal of our success to the new client area. We are able to set up and support clients with such ease that it starts the relationship off on a very positive footing. This is helped further by having a great tech support department who answer the phone quicker than my sales team!"

In the last quarter (ending September 30th 2003) UKFast achieved:

- more New clients than ever before,

- domain movement from other ISP's (Transfer in 98%)

- unprecedented increase in new business

Despite this impressive growth our focus remains on customer retention and we see this as the key to our success.
