UKFast gets Cheshire online

North West- based Internet Service Provider UKFast - winner of Best Business ISP awarded by Future Publishing – launched its latest broadband offer.

Available to e-commerce sites as well as design agencies amongst others, the new package allows them to sell broadband services on to their clients. The offer comes as part of the company's ResellerPlus package and is part of a wider improvement scheme of UKFast products and services.

Geoff Barratt, Operations Director of Delta ComTech Ltd in Macclesfield says: "The ResellerPlus package is ideal for our needs. All the features give us total control of our web sites and consequently we are able to provide our customers with a prompt and efficient service. The control panel is easy to read and simple to handle. The only time we now need to phone UKFast is when a technical problem occurs with one of our ADSL connections, which is always dealt with promptly and professionally."

Lawrence Jones, Managing Director of UKFast says: “Resellers form the majority of our customer base and it is extremely important for us to offer our clients a

competitive package and provide them with a comprehensive and all-round service. Since we introduced the ResellerPlus package, the numbers of new customers are going through the roof.”

With a fixed fee of £45 per month resellers receive unlimited access to all features for two months when signing up to the offer for a whole year.

Unlike most other Internet Service Providers, UKFast adds free Domain Name Servers (DNS) and one year free SSL secure server software to the package amongst numerous other features.

The online control panel enables customers to have complete access to their accounts and to modify their existing domain names or add new ones online free of charge.
