About the UKFast Podcast
The UKFast Podcast takes a regular look at areas of business and the various ways the Internet has transformed them.
Every month, Jonathan Bowers, UKFast's communications manager presents the UKFast Podcast drawing in talent and expertise from across the network.
The podcast puts particular emphasis on the marketing and technical aspects of an online business and also incorporates interviews with businesses across the UK who are achieving success online. From tips on developing your web presence, through to more technical aspects such as patching your servers, it aims to offer something new and relevant every time.
Why develop a Podcasting studio?
Podcasting is rapidly emerging as a popular media for businesses. The form offers great opportunities for all companies to present their expertise on a friendly and personal level.
The UKFast Podcasting Studio has been set up to offer clients the chance to do just this. With an eclectic mix of businesses on the UKFast Network this resource is designed to grow not only as a business knowledge base, but a directory of companies competing at the top of their fields online.
UKFast's studio is available for commercial use.
UKFast also collaborates with the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce once a month to produce Chamber View, which brings to the Net highlights of Chamber events so that all businesses can benefit. Past podcasts include interviews with Ed Balls (economic secretary to the Treasury), Chris Barry (MEN business editor) and Jacqueline Gold (CEO of Ann Summers).
