Can I securely accept credit card information through my Web site?
Yes. All of our hosting plans offer you the option to purchase a secure server running SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). This enables users of your site to submit credit card information with confidence, knowing that is it being transmitted safely and securely through the Internet.
Does UKFast offer a shopping cart?
UKFast offers NetPG. NetPG is our own online payment system developed to ensure the privacy and security of all information exchanged.
You can use the browser-based interface to build and manage your store, or you can "get under the hood" to customise the cart with simple HTML.
Does UKFast support Microsoft Access, ASP, SQL Server and FrontPage?
All are specific to Microsoft Windows and are supported through our Windows Web hosting options. For more information, see the Database FAQ. We can install the necessary server extensions for you to use FrontPage.

UKFast's Linux platforms provide support for MySQL, and Microsoft Access databases and Microsoft SQL on Windows platforms.
What statistical package does UKFast offer?
